Notes to rates

• Weekends are Friday and Saturday nights.

• Weekdays are Sunday to Thursday nights.

• The minimum midweek stay (a stay that doesn't include a Friday and Saturday) is 3 nights.

• The rental cost includes everything you would expect - the only additional costs are a refundable damages deposit; a £75 cleaning/laundry charge; and an extra person charge of £25 for 9+ people.

• Payment timings: 25% at the time of booking - the balance and the damages deposit aren't due till 6 weeks before your arrival.
